During the education process, all students in the master programs of Software engineering and Software engineering and management will work together with lecturers, consultants and mentors, which are involved in the learning process.

• The role of mentors in the master programs are to support students during their internships and practices. All mentors are working in a leading software companies with expert knowledge and huge experience.
• The consultants are experts from practice, whose role is to provide guidance on the content and educational material.
• The lecturers are experts with years of practical experience both from VSU "Free University" and companies from the IT industry. The role of all lecturers is to be directly involved in the learning process as teachers.

Since 2014 Master program is conducted with the support of ESI (European Software Institute) - European Software Institute.
